Moj Mahdara is an entrepreneur in emerging technology. She has been at the helm of award-winning agencies and has been instrumental in the launch of consumer brands. Prior to forming Made With Elastic and becoming the CEO of Beautycon Media, Moj was the CEO of Exopolis, where she grew the company from four to 100 employees and developed a client list that included Apple and Microsoft. Under her leadership Exopolis boasted annual gross revenue of more than $30M. After selling Exopolis, Moj founded MWE with clients like, Levi’s, Motorola, Lacoste and BMW, which segued Moj into Beautycon Media. Beautycon Media is the global community of content creators, celebrities, fans and brands that celebrate all things fashion, beauty, style and the passion points of Gen Z and Millennials. The company creates connections through an innovative three-pronged strategy: Beautycon Festivals, Beautycon Box, and Beautycon Digital. Under Moj’s leadership the company has expanded globally, raised Angel investments and partnered with the likes of Bethany Mota, CAA, AOL (Built By Girl), L’OREAL, Hearst Media, Allen DeBevoise (Third Wave Partners) and more. Moj has invested in business such as, Hello Giggles and was featured in Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire Magazine’s “Top Female” Lists for 2015.
